I'm now considering using some form of pedal system, like lobotomizing a tricycle and using that to be inside the dalek like those red and yellow cars with the pedals in them· 2 replies

I’m going to start building my own dalek soon, but I’m unsure about how to make it mobile, I’m hoping to make it one that is full scale and can be brought to conventions, but have no clue what to do, any ideas that aren’t super expensive?· 1 reply

A mute feature would be nice. I use a physical slide switch on the mic. I have been getting some noise at bigger volume level's. The only thing I can put it down to, is the modulating of the breathing voice into the mic. I find that if you shut down the mic when you are not speaking, then it help's to get a quieter audio circuit. -

I've been working on and off with the animation project for a while, I got some feedback on where elements needed some work so I worked on those but, I think the key area is the scaling of the Daleks and the TARDIS. So...it was suggested to me to make the Daleks smaller and I have tried that last night but, it was messing up the animations some how...(the dome kept on rotating off to the side) so I'm a bit stumped on what to do at the moment. I'm thinking of maybe deleting the existing keyframes of the Daleks and re-animating them but, it'll take a good while to re-animate each dalek again. -

Australians are an angry people, that's because so many of the birds, animals, sea life and insects here have tried to kill us all our lives and the few of us that are left are the angry survivors, so we probably do make good Dalek voice actors. My Daleks can tend to swear a lot and threaten to give people "a good kick up the arse" if they are cosplaying The Doctor.
