I'm gonna try and build a bubble blowing gun for my gunstick.· 0 replies
It will be tricky, and need a special construction, as the bubble launching bit will have to be right at the end.
I have a couple of potential designs to try, but wondered if anyone had seen it done this way before.

I've been asked to do a Christmas lights switch on, and it would be nice to have toys to hand out.
Last year snow and ice cancelled my appearance, I expect the same may happen again, as it's a couple of weeks away.

Lots of little things post ordered and received a breakout board for the uno so wiring will be easier. I’ll need to practise my crimping of servo connectors. The final dome height is right and now I need to make some brackets for the eyestalk as the height of the eye pivot in the slot is no longer right for the disc in the dome. I have made my servo motor mounts for the dome/eye movement and have some 3mm threaded rod to make up the linkage. After one warm day in the shed the PLA gears teeth started to droop so I’m reprinting all bits in PETG, ASA or ABS depending on which printer I have access to. lots of things that need other things to be determined before other things can be determined. Ugh. It will get there. -

Hi @John THanks for the feedback! I'm still not 100% satisfied with it, but I uploaded the file under my NSD Slat Pack as Version 1.1 here: Incidentially if you could fix the typo I made in the changelog I'd appreciate it 😅
