Hi Tom, on the NSD ball joint parts, can you tell me what size hole you cut in body of Dalek, only I've cut 93mm as in plans ,looks like it needs to larger. I would also like to thank you for your 3d programs which are excellent and makes life much easier for novices like me.· 1 reply

I'd already decided on a new out of Dalek cosplay for next year, but doubly glad I chose the Brig with Sergeant Benton and Jo Grant announced for Sci-Fi Scarborough 2025.· 0 replies
This will also furnish me with a cap gun to make a bang easier when kids destroy the wrecked Dalek.
Cheaper too, when party poppers cost 7p and caps 1p!

I cut out an inner collar for the top of the skirt today andmanaged to fibreglass it into place today. I started on the shoulder frame. -
