Rubbish at Forums so not sure how to reply to your post. Ive no idea what 7/2 Dalek is? I think ive found the Dalek I want ive downloaded the plans for a Shawcraft TV Dalek Mark 3. Hopefully thats the 1974 Genesis Dalek

Ill put this message on the Forum as well. How do you get into the Dalek itself? Im sure when I saw a Dalek you got access from the side. Is this in the Builders Workshop Manual and Build Plans?

Hi all. I've not been that active of late; this has been to health issues that are now hopefully resolved. I have kept myself busy; both with my writing, crafting and my Scale model buids. I'm presently getting all the parts together for two further Dalek Scale models at the current scale I'm using. An Imperial Dalek and a Special weapons Dalek. The latter will be in grey. Metallic aged pewter and Black. Which reminds me I have to order more 10mm wood domes from Temu. For the imperial I'm going for the White/Cream with Coppery Bronze instead of gold. And this one will have a different manipulator arm. a Similar gun design as my Gold Emperor Dalek and I may opt to make it an Emperor's Guard with a different colour dome... That remains to be seen. After these two I'm moving on to a build of a Shawcraft design but twice the scale I normally use. Any modelers interested in metallic colours may I suggest searching Temu or similar sites for Nail Paints/gels. Quite a few of these can be hardened more upon drying by exposure to UV light like the UV Resin. Alternatively they could be sprayed with a clear acrylic lacquer. I will post build photo's of the stages. and; Again thanks to Temu, I will make the Imperial and Sppecial Weapons Daleks USB C rechargeable. (Thankyou npeople who throw away disposable Vape units for giving me free Lithium Batteries).  I hope to be more active in the future... Till then... Be seeing you!

It's too bloody hot and humid to do much. My plasticine was melting onto the part.   Gave it all a going over with a green kitchen scourer. Then attacked the broken gun box detail. A couple of strips of ice cream container lid, some Gorilla Grip tape and some plasticine to secure it all. A small amount of polyester resin with 6mm choppies pushed in the hole. When cured, it was a little thin, so I mixed up some fiber reinforced bog and formed it with the strip of plastic and plasticine again. Sanded inside and out and it looks good as new.     I could only find one of my balls that I use to secure the gun box pressure plates inside the shoulders, a hemi isn't big enough, so I'll have to find one somewhere. I have a heap of gazing globes, but they are all about 96mm instead of 100mm, so are no good (unless making molds for Imperial /Renegade hemis, which is probably why I have so many of them)

@Splat, Yep, as RattyVulcan said, it is a TronXY VEHO 1000-16.  It has been interesting working with a machine this big.  I did some painting today, so it looks like this now:

I managed to block out the shoulder frame with styrene.  Superglued and tacked on.  I added a bit of detail to the gun box and inserted my last 2 hemispheres in the sockets.  Im going to design some sort of front bit nex, to cover the middle of the box.  Then the exciting part - Paint!

Here's a look at the sculpt. This is an earlier screengrab. I'll be updating it here and on my Artstation!
