Very nice! Definitely going to track down that lawgiver file! I think Badge, Helmet and gun will be a nice display! You'll find a lot of advice about operational daleks and 3d printing. Most concern is about sunlight exposure, which can be a serious problem, but I think you have enough printing experience to know the extent of the effects yourself. I've stuck with the wooden frame and skirt, but did consider printing the shoulders. The casting I did was ok, and would be better with someone more patient and dedicated. Done right, from a 3d printed buck, it can give you the sharp edges that look so nice! And I'm a big advocate of the hoverboard driver, as long as you pick one that doesn't explode. Exploding is bad, apparently.
