Here's an update on my 1:1 scale Dalek project. I'm back from my business trip and I've got 3 weeks off so hopefully I'll manage to complete it. In this video I'm putting all five of my printers to work. The TronXY VEHO 1000-16 finished the last neck ring and then moved on to the final large piece, the neck bin that fits inside the rings. The Elegoo Neptune 4 Max finished the last two mid-section slats that fit against the gun/arm box. Then it made a cover for one of the dome lights. The Neptune 3 Max made the Dalek eye piece. The Sunlu S8 Pro was loaded up with clear PLA and used to make the transparent dome lights and the clear eye lens (I'll be using LED lights to illuminate these). I wasn't happy with the filament I used to make the light cover, so I decided to experiment with the Elegoo Saturn 4 resin printer and see how they come out on that. As usual, the unexpected always happens, and my home-made "budget 5Kg spool holder" on the TronXY decided to fail (well, 2 of the nails did) and the spools fell off the shelf and onto the floor. Fortunately both spools survived the 7 foot fall and, once repairs were made, the print continued. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uP-rLh0nbdY -

@Damian Trasler Thank you for the kind words! I really just enjoy it. Sharing files with others is great too. -

Awesome job! I'm always impressed when folks are not only printing, they're designing in CAD programs (or other modelling ones). I think everyone should try this to understand what an achievement it is!
