Only a minor update today as the aluminium disk arrived.     Size is pretty good. A bit heavier than I expected for ally, and quite grubby(!) but It buffed up OK.   Marked and drilled the centre   And mounted a servo 'horn'.     I will mount a small bearing the other side to support the weight, then the next job is make a new bracket to carry the pivot and servo. This will be closer to the eye pivot aperture so the pivot disk sits roughly where it should and get it all mounted up and tested.   Parts of the eye have been 3d printed so just waiting on final pieces and I can try assembling that and see how it looks.     Im not expecting to get these bits this week so I will probably still make an eye using the 4 inch ball float for testing when that arrives.      

Yup. 3 Daleks. And a sea devil head. I thought Julian Vince had lots of other stuff but maybe its packed away. Perhaps he can bid and win his own stuff back.
