Spent the afternoon fixing and painting Two Zero's bumper - it looks less saggy· 0 replies

I have an ambitious project in mind for 1/60th scale models, which is what I estimate to be the scale for D&D.· 2 replies
(5ft being scaled down to 1 inch.)
I would like to know whether I should document this process if I make a custom design using the measurements on this site, as I would be using custom shoulders for the sake simplicity.
The below image (by MightyOtaKing on DeviantArt) should give a reasonable idea for how these custom shoulders would look:

Right, wreck is in the shed. I'm using the dome on my TV Invasion build, but will have to change the light covers and paint the eye silver.· 0 replies
I'm also taking the plunger off it.
Hope to be able to try and straighten Two Zero's bumper while it is in the trailer.

What does everyone end up doing with their rejected parts? I've got one and a half failed skirt sections that are all sorts of "dimensionally transcendent" that are just lying around rent-free in my garage. I'd feel bad about binning them outright, but they're no use to my current build as they are. Any suggestions?· 2 replies

I currently have that weekend free, so if Friday and Saturday accommodation is provided, and I can leave my trailer at the event, I'm in. They've paid fuel costs on at least 3 of these bigger cons too. -

I agree they often have poor communication, and have also promised expenses then not paid them (once), but they are the only big organizer I know that has provided accommodation and fuel for myself and others. Sci-Fi Scarborough is the best con for helping out attending Daleks, but Monopoly has got to be second - unless you know of a better one! -

Hi I’m not saying. Not fair on them. I understand things crop up from time to time. But comit to an event and you should make sure you turn up. -
